Mr. Robertson began his career in 1995 focusing on insurance defense matters, including extensive motion practice and trial preparation. In 1998, Mr. Robertson joined a large Phoenix large firm as an associate attorney. After several years, he became a partner in a large Phoenix-based law firm. There, Mr. Robertson continued to practice in the area of insurance defense, but also branched out into complex civil litigation. He gained extensive trial and arbitration experience, and handled hundreds of cases through settlement or trial.
His case experience has included the defense of a large engineering firm in a professional malpractice matter, the defense of numerous restaurants and entertainment establishments in dram shop liability matters, the defense of numerous group home and healthcare facilities in personal injury and statutory liability matters, the prosecution of lawsuits for theft of trade secrets and intentional interference in business relationships, the defense of numerous trucking companies and their drivers in trucking accident related matters and the defense and prosecution of numerous construction defect matters. Mr. Robertson handled both small and large matters, including numerous wrongful death matters and lawsuits involving multi-million dollar exposure.
In May of 2010, Mr. Robertson moved firms while continuing with his insurance defense practice and complex civil litigation practice, and also starting work on plaintiff's personal injury matters. After some time, Mr. Robertson decided to focus his areas of practice on Plaintiff's personal injury matters and complex civil litigation. His unique combination of experience and talents allows Mr. Robertson to provide his clients with personal, efficient and effective representation.
