Mick Levin went to law school with one goal in mind: "I wanted to help people. It wasn't long before I learned that victims are insufficiently represented in Arizona. Victims of crime get very little attention from prosecutors. Big corporations cut corners to make money. Insurance companies refuse to pay claims. Many Arizona victims can't afford to hire a lawyer to protect their rights. My aim is to change that by providing higher quality legal services that protect the innocent and only get paid if I obtain compensation for my clients.
" I went to Arizona State University for both undergraduate school and law school. I've been a lawyer since 2003 and my practice is dedicated to representing those who have been injured by others. I have taught seminars on legal subjects such as claims involving drunk drivers, legal malpractice lawsuits, and bad faith claims against insurance companies. I have personally tried and argued hundreds of cases, including the Courts of Appeal in Arizona multiple times."
Mick Levin has been lead counsel in dozens of bench and jury trials in State and Federal Court, participated in scores of arbitrations as both an advocate and an arbitrator, and has represented clients in the Arizona Courts of Appeal and the Arizona Supreme Court on over a dozen occasions. Mr. Levin has received multiple seven-figure settlements for his clients – a recent verdict was over $1.2 million, and a recent settlement was over $1.3 million.
