Mick Levin went to law school with one goal in mind: "I wanted to help people. It wasn't long before I learned about the insufficient representation of victims in Arizona. Victims of crime get very little attention from prosecutors. Big corporations cut corners to make money. Insurance companies refuse to pay claims. Many Arizona victims can't afford to hire a attorney to protect their rights. I aim to change that by providing higher quality legal services that protect the innocent and only get paid if I obtain compensation for my clients."
"I went to Arizona State University for both undergraduate school and law school. I've been an attorney since 2003 and dedicate my practice to representing those injured by others. I have taught seminars on legal subjects such as claims involving drunk drivers, legal malpractice lawsuits, and bad faith claims against insurance companies. I have personally tried and argued hundreds of cases, including the Courts of Appeal in Arizona multiple times."
Mick Levin has been Lead Attorney in dozens of State and Federal bench and jury trials, participated in scores of arbitrations as both an advocate and an arbitrator, and has represented clients in the Arizona Courts of Appeal and the Arizona Supreme Court on over a dozen occasions.
Recent verdicts include $1.2 million and $2.7 million. Recent settlements include over $1.3 million for a shooting injury, over $3,000,000.00 for a vehicle versus pedestrian injury, and $2,850,000.00 for overservice from a bar leading to a vehicle versus pedestrian injury.
